BUF FIT

1 Corinthians 6:19-20
A class that offers a fun way to stretch and move our body. This 30-minute class will offer exercises with cardio and weights. All are welcome! We will strengthen in our physical health and grow in our spiritual walk with God. Led by Melissa Justice on Mondays and Wednesdays from 4:00-4:30 p.m. Open to all students, faculty, and staff.

Cardio for Christ

Romans 12:1-2
30 minutes of Low-medium impact workout giving God the Glory. Led by Stephanie Pippin on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3:30-4:30 p.m. Open to all students, faculty, and staff.
